Rebecca Armstron-Englishe

A seasoned professional in higher education and K-12, Rebecca brings a wealth of experience to her role as Senior Manager at Empower Schools. She supports school and district design, fosters partnerships, and advances innovation strategies, ultimately driving positive educational change.

Prior to her time at Empower, Rebecca led programs at leading organizations including serving as Director of Alumni Relations at Dillard University in New Orleans and as Founding Director of Operations at a STEM-focused middle school, Rebecca excelled at streamlining processes, managing resources, and ensuring the school ran seamlessly. Her work empowered educators to focus on their primary goal: providing a high-quality learning environment for all students. 

Rebecca graduated from Dillard University with a BA in Mass Communications. She furthered her education with a Master's in Liberal Arts and a paralegal certificate from Tulane University, an MBA from Capella University, and a Certificate in Education Policy from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Rebecca enjoys spending time with her teenage son and binge-watching medical dramas.
