Empower Schools is a human-first organization. People own the decisions, relationships, and results. AI may assist people, expand capacity, and improve work. It does not replace human judgment, accountability, or care.

Empower Schools uses AI to help people create, analyze, automate, and learn. AI can be useful and still be wrong, incomplete, biased, or out of context. It cannot hold our values, understand our relationships, or accept accountability. A person remains responsible for every AI-assisted product, decision, interaction, and action.

Our values guide use of AI, including the decision of when or if to use it at all.
