Career Collaborative
Our Louisiana-based team partners with local stakeholders to launch, expand, and sustain the state's first energy pathway through the Tri-Parish Energy & Workforce Alliance (TEWA). Students in West Baton Rouge, Iberville, and Pointe Coupee can earn college credit and industry credentials while preparing for energy careers.
Strong School Systems
As an LDOE-approved partner, Empower brings school design, community engagement, and funding plans together to turn district goals into action.
