Lesly Gramajo

Lesly Gramajo is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in education equity, community engagement, and organizational excellence. She possesses an unwavering passion and steadfast commitment to addressing education inequity to create a more just and equitable educational landscape for all. With experience at the Houston Mayor's Office of Education and Youth Engagement, Teach for America, and KIPP Texas Public Schools, she has demonstrated her ability to excel in various fields. Her accomplishments range from securing significant grant funding and effectively managing teams to building strong relationships with stakeholders, conducting data-driven assessments, and contributing to organizational development. 

Lesly holds a B.S. in Psychology and  African American Studies from the University of Georgia. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and styling clothes.
