Eliza Davis

Eliza Davis serves as the Growth Manager at Empower Schools and is based in Baltimore, Maryland. She works to advance Empower’s mission by exploring and developing new partnerships nationwide, particularly in rural areas. Eliza began her career as a 7th Grade Social Studies teacher in Pueblo, Colorado through Teach for America. She also spent summers directing the Outdoors Department at Camp Kiniya in Vermont, focusing on experiential learning and leadership development for young women.

Before joining Empower Eliza also worked in survey research, overseeing and conducting public opinion polls for a wide variety of clients, including media organizations, advocacy groups, and education focused nonprofits.

Eliza has a BA in Public Policy from Princeton University. She is currently pursing a master’s in education leadership from Harvard University.
