Isabel Geathers, Ph.D

Isabel is a philanthropy and education leader with more than 15 years of experience driving impact at the intersection of social investment, strategy, and systems change. She currently leads select education investments at the Robertson  Foundation, overseeing strategies focused on AI and innovation in K–12 education, teacher workforce transformation, and collaborative funding models. Isabel holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and has advised and partnered with public, private, and nonprofit institutions to reimagine what is possible for learners and leaders across diverse contexts.

Isabel joined the Empower Schools Board of Directors in 2025.
