Alexandra Wilcox
Deputy Director, New York Alliance for Early College Pathways
Alexandra Wilcox is the Deputy Director of the New York Alliance for Early College Pathways (NY4ECP). Alexandra brings over a decade of experience in education policy at the federal, state, and local levels and a deep commitment to educational equity.
From 2020–2025, Alexandra was a legislative staffer in the U.S. Senate, where she advised on appropriations, education, science, technology, and other issues. Previously, Alexandra served as a policy staffer on the Warren for President campaign, where she supported policy development in a broad array of areas ranging from education to housing, and as a Deputy Director at the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) Educational Fund.
Alexandra holds a master's degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and an undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
