Jaynie Alexander

Jaynie is a Senior Manager at Empower Schools, where she leads communication strategy and drives organizational impact. Partnering with cross-functional teams, she ensures that Empower’s work is amplified at scale, fostering a culture of transparency and empowerment.

Throughout her career, Jaynie has led community-based initiatives to empower families and drive student success, shaping the mission and narrative at renowned organizations such as Teach For America, National Geographic, and Learning A-Z.

Outside of work, Jaynie enjoys cultivating her butterfly garden, baking, and playing the ukulele. She loves spending time with her husband, Keischel, and is an advocate for women’s health through the Ajoke Community.

Jaynie holds a bachelor’s in interpersonal and organizational communication from the University of Central Florida, an M.Ed in bilingual education from Southern Methodist University, an M.ED in educational leadership from the University of North Texas, and an MBA from Duke University.
