Claire Albert

Claire Albert serves as an Associate at Empower Schools based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.  Her work focuses on supporting partnerships in rural communities, particularly in Colorado.  Prior to taking on the associate role, Claire worked as a research consultant on Empower’s Early College projects, championing the amplification of student voices in expansion efforts for Early College programs in Massachusetts. 

Claire steered student engagement efforts, social media campaigns, and research projects aimed at expanding practices that bridge the gaps between high school, college, and college graduation for underrepresented students in higher education.  Claire also worked within the community outreach sector at Community Rowing Inc.  Serving in a variety of roles, Claire facilitated a tutoring partnership as an academic coordinator with RowBoston, and worked as a rowing coach with Boston Center for Youth and Family summer camps, teenage rowers with disabilities, and military veterans group.

Claire holds a B.A in Psychology from Harvard University.
